I Arrived at clients house. Installed 1 door knob and completed installation inspection. Beautiful installation and customer has already recommended us to a friend.
I arrived at jobsite to replace Lineset. I cut out the old line side replaced with new. Held pressure at 257 psi for 15 minutes. Pulled vacuum down to 550 µm. Charged with 16 pounds of 410 a. The system is running at 125 psi on suction and 300 psi on discharge. Sub cooling is at 13°F. System is performing at this time.
I completed the PVC flue and gas line and performed the furnace start-up. The system is operational upon departure
I arrived on site to perform an installation inspection on a Carrier up to 17 SEER 2 STAGE 4 Ton Air Conditioner that we installed. The installation was successful and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived to an installation inspection but was unable to complete it due to a low-voltage issue on the heat pump. Spent a good portion of time fixing issues with the condensate line, then started to troubleshoot the low-voltage issue. I will have to return to run new low-voltage out to heat pump. Found access in the crawlspace to do so. Client had to leave for work so I closed out the call by letting the customer know I would have to return to run new low voltage out to the heat pump.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a thermostat. I determined that the thermostat was faulty and needed replaced. Installed a new thermostat, cycled, and system is working properly now.

I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on an air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a York air conditioner. Determined that the system has a leak, went over options with the customer.
I completed a job continuation for rerunning a wire for a Carrier Air conditioner install. Tightened all vent dampers to fix noise. System operational at the time of departure.
I returned to the customer's home to work on an Aprilair humidifier. I wired the humidifier to the Infinity thermostat and tested it to see if it works.
I found the filter to be very dirty, made customer aware so they could get a new filter. I made some adjustments to the gas pressure and the system was running correctly.
