I completed a half install of a five star 96% gas furnace included in the price is a 10 year warranty on parts and a 20 year warranty on heat exchanger and 1 year warranty on labor also included is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement all operating normally at this time

I Arrived to change the gas valve on hot water tank. The Gas valve turned out to be the wrong one. HWT is 15 years old. It’s bee decided to replace HWT due to possible future issues along with the rust issues. HWT has been ordered.
I Arrived at clients house to do a installation inspection. While testing high fire on the furnace I found that the square tubing for the pressure switch appeared to be connected but was not. I was able to connect it before High fire engaged. High and low rise is within factory specs.
I arrived to do miscellaneous work. I replaced existing return air drop with 24X10. I installed carrier 16X25X4 MEDIA CABINET. The install required supply transition from top of the evaporator to existing supply plenum I also leveled existing furnace system operating normally at this time
I Arrived at clients house to perform installation inspection and to see why suction line was dripping. The System was in cooling mode but when I approached the furnace I could barely hear the blower running. I Checked the dip switches and found they were correct. I Checked wiring and found cooling conductor was on “Y1” rather than “Y” causing too low of s fan speed and allowing too low of evaporator coil temp. I Switched wire over to “Y” terminal and the fan ramped up to more of a cooling speed. Also furnace was not put on any type of feet. The unit is sitting directly on the floor. Thermostat only has 4 conductors meaning the thermostat is battery dependent. Running new stat wire is recommended and looks possible. Otherwise an “add a wire” should be installed. I Completed inspection and unit is performing at this time.

I completed a Job Continuation I Removed the furnace and return drop and added box to furnace. I Moved furnace 8” forward and 6” to one side to line up furnace directly below the plenum. I Moved return drop to Coincide with the shift of the furnace. Cfm for the AC has been set to its lowest setting of 1300 cfm/50 cfm lower than it should be. Next setting was 1600 cfm and too noisy. Furnace is more quiet and the customer could tell the difference. systems operating normally at this time
