I completed an installation inspection on a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier up to 17 SEER 2 STAGE 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Completed installation checklist. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic service call on an air conditioner. I determined that due to the age and condition of the unit that it may be best to replace. I went over options with the customer.
I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I found no issues and the system was fully operational upon my departure.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Heat Pump. I found no issues and the system was fully operational when I left.
