"I'm at this customer's home in Pickerington to check out his non-working Carrier furnace.
I arrived to do miscellaneous work. I replaced existing return air drop with 24X10. I installed carrier 16X25X4 MEDIA CABINET. The install required supply transition from top of the evaporator to existing supply plenum I also leveled existing furnace system operating normally at this time
I needed to add two supply runs to the basement Customer is finishing half of the basement. and needs ductwork done in the basement before drywall goes up. I Need 1 register cut into the bottom of the supply trunk line. 3/4” drywall here And the Other register will be on the other end of the basement approximately 20’ away from the trunk line, will need register boot, pipe, elbows and a collar. 1/2” drywall here.
Upon arrival at clients house and I performed insulation inspection for the furnace. I replaced humidistat and tested humidifier. All is performing at this time.
Upon arrival I looked over options on repairing Lineset. With the leak being as small as it is we decided to use leak seal to see if it would slow down or stop the leak altogether. I charged the system with 5 ounces of refrigerant to bring subcooling up to 10°. Unit is performing at this time
I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner, as it was the best fit for the customers home. The installation was successful and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star Multi-Speed 3 Ton Electric Furnace / Fan and a Five Star 14 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump, due to them being the best fit for the customers home. The installation was successful and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to move an Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner that we installed, due to the customer wanting it moved for when they build their patio. The AC movement was a success and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I completed the spring tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.

I completed a return service to repair a leak in the customer's unit. Cycled and all is operating properly.
After removing the Bryant air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
