Upon arrival inspected system and found multiple critical errors and multiple other errors. Upon further inspection found AXB board will not communicate. As well as thermostat. Homeowners informed me they removed stat from the wall and replaced it trying to restart system and after that stat got hot and went blank. Communication error present for AXB and thermostat. Install t4 stat and start system under emergency auxiliary heat. Allowing system to operate under emergency functions until system can be further inspected and repaired or replaced due to repair costs.

Diagnosed no water flow from well pump Well pump pulls 20A for a few seconds and drops to 0 Appears to be a locked up pump
Upon arrival, inspected system and tested performance and found the system was only heating house with heat pumped by approximately 15° after inspecting airflow, found it on medium heat speed adjusted speed on high allowing approximately 1200 CFM for system. After adjustments, Delta T had rise by approximately 6°. Checked refrigerant pressures and found no major concerns having 388 on liquid and 128 on suction. Will need a return visit to compare numbers.

Upon arrival inspected furnace and was not finding major concerns. Heat exchanger showed no signs of cracks, but combustion numbers were dangerously high at 400ppm COAF heat exchanger has failed and needs replaced or system entirely needs replaced. Recommend replacement consultation. Ac unit is operational and advised homeowner of new refrigerant and risks of 410. Recommended to stay with old refrigerant for as long as it keeps up unless quote accommodates otherwise.

Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode first and second stage. Confirmed gas pressures are within specifications. Temperature rise is within specifications. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Run test unit in geothermal heating aswell. Did not check refrigerant as there are no issues suspected. Only code history present in the waterfurnace were system resets for power going out. All systems test were measuring within specifications. Units are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter. Inspected water heater for leak.
