Upon arrival inspected unit and found unit backed up with water. Reconfigured drain to allowed better drainage and cleared blockage on line then test ran furnace. No concerns at this time unit running as should.
Remove and replace humidifier water canisters on 18 systems Remove and replace 210 air filter on 27 systems Remove and replace x2 20x25x1 for fresh air intakes Remove and replace 20x25x4 glassfloss filter for dessert Aire / test Clean flame sensors on pool house furnaces. Clean flame sensors car barn furnaces. Test run heat on each system verifying operation Clean minisplit washable filters for guard shack and main house garage

2019 Goodman high efficiency furnace running in great condition. 20x25x1 air filter in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode. Temperature rise is 53F with supply temp of 122F. Blower motor and inducer motor running within spec. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Furnace is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
2015 Trane XV95 running in great condition. 16x25x1 air filter in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Humidifier pad in good condition and damper opened. Test run furnace in heating mode. Temperature rise of 54F with supply temp of 123F. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Tested humidifier operation. Assessed condensate drain that was leaking on the attic AC system Cut out and replaced bad section. Poured water to test. Found drain line clogged. Followed drain to the basement where it goes into the sump pump pit Used wet/dry vacuum multiple times to suck out the clogs Put lots of condensate drain treatment in the trap and pour lots of water down the drain to verify the drain is flowing well now.

2014? Heat Controller GeoMax2 geothermal unit operating in good condition. Visual inspection of blower and compesssor compartments. No issues suspected. Test ran system in electric strip heat to verify proper operation of heating strips. All strips are operating properly with a ~20A draw at 240v. Electric strip heat temperature rise of 29F. Test ran geothermal heating operation. Geothermal heating running with a 22F temperature rise. Tested operation of geo and strip heat with a temperature rise of 41F. All parameters and equipment measured within spec. Did not check refrigerant as there is no issue suspected. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter. Theresa asked about whole home humidifier install. Pictures were taken of system and a quote will be made for humidifier install.
Bryant Q#798041 Upon arrival discovered unit was operating but not seeming to properly cool. Unit had water in drain pan. Refrigerant pressures adequate, coil not severely dirty, only concern found was with water in furnace pan. Inspected and found coil icing up. Bryant has replacements in stock.
