Excellent service

We have used Weston air on several properties and the service is always professional and mechanically well done. The price is fair. What we like is that it’s very realizable,

Outstanding Company!

We have been a customer of Westin Air for four years now and recently had our old HVAC system replaced by Westin Air. They are the most professional HVAC company we’ve ever had with outstanding service and technical excellent. When I had a question about a new sound from our new system when turning on the furnace, Wes the owner personally came to the house to check it out (the sound was normal to the new system). What service! If you have any HVAC needs, call Westin Air.

RTU 2 Upon arrival, the internal breaker was off, and the disconnect for the RTU was off. With both breakers turned on, there is no power being supplied to the unit. Must call an electrician for electrical diagnosis. Once power is supplied to the unit, it is not guaranteed that the unit will operate due to no tests being able to be performed today.

Upon arrival, system is locked out on E71-Loss of Charge code. Used aid tool to check refrigerant pressures. System is stagnant with 180psi refrigerant system. Performed power reset to clear lockout. Performed operational test in both heating and cooling modes and cross referenced to installers manual to know whether pressure, and temperatures are within spec. Performed heating test first. After 15 minutes of run time, refrigerant pressures and temperatures are within specifications. Ground loop temperature drop is within spec. Air temperature rise is within spec. No issues with the operation of the unit were found. Found that hot water generator lines are swapped based on Waterfurnace installation manual. Disconnect and reconnect hot water generator lines to correct DHW IN and DHW OUT connections.

Dual fuel geo split 5 series 4 ton water furnace Lennox natural gas 2 stage 96% Installing contractor used Lennox evaporator coil as the air coil Geo is low on refrigerant and already has leak sealant in the system Gas furnace was throwing a slew of pressure switch codes Found furnace burner intake pipe full of foliage Cut pipe and cleared blockage. Put intake back together with an unglued coupling for future cleanout Gas furnace operating properly now Removed cover for Lennox coil. No obvious signs of a leak. From experience, the likelihood of the Lennox coil leaking refrigerant is very high. Recommend replacing coil with a water furnace coil 21" wide coil. If taller than 29", reme halo will need removed and humidifier bypass relocated to the side of the plenum.
