Upon arrival, inspected system and found unit in a code 3 inspected furnace intake and found leaves blocking intake cleared leaves from intake and started system. System started up and began heating no problem.
Plugged gas orifice on burner with igniter. used thermostat wire to unplug. No more ignition issues during multiple test runs.
Both flow center pumps have failed. Office will prepair quote for pump replacement and/or entire flow center replacement.

Preventative maintenence inspection on two Trane high efficiency gas furnaces running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filters are in good condition. Basment system humidifier pad in clean condition. Cleaned flame sensors and checked ignitors. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation traps and drain lines. Run test units in both stages of heating. Both are operating properly and within specs for temperature rise, and blower and inducer motor amp draw. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Test ran systems in geothermal heating aswell with no issues found or suspected. All are operational and ready for Winter. Water leak in unfinished part of basement near hot water generator tank is suspected to be from the Radon pipe as there is no sign of leaks from the tank or lines attached.
