We have been a customer of Westin Air for four years now and recently had our old HVAC system replaced by Westin Air. They are the most professional HVAC company we’ve ever had with outstanding service and technical excellent. When I had a question about a new sound from our new system when turning on the furnace, Wes the owner personally came to the house to check it out (the sound was normal to the new system). What service! If you have any HVAC needs, call Westin Air.

Honeywell bypass humidifier and duct-mounter humidistat are currently functioning normally and was set to 40% Thermostat indicates the house only 28% Humidity We turned the humidistat all the way up Allow 24hrs to see if humidity level increases in the house If the current humidifier cannot provide adequate humidification capacity, we recommend installation of a steam humidifier An electrician will need to provide the required electrical power to the vicinity so we can tie into it. 1/2" cold water line is in the mechanical room Current humidifier has hot water tied to it
Mini split outdoor unit laying on its back. I could have blown over from wind or it could have been vandalized. Ice on the edge of the roof line makes getting up impossible today We will need to return after it thaws and assess the damage to the unit Best case it just needs stood up, allow the Compressor oil to settle back to the bottom for 24hrs and see if it runs Worst case, the Compressor has failed as a result of laying on its back and trying to run. **this will require unit replacement**

Upon arrival, both main breaker panel and internal disconnect breaker were tripped. Turned thermostat off and attempted to reset power. Both breakers go back on with no trips and ther is 208V to the system. First tried to test run fan only, and found that the blower will not kick on. Blower relay clicks and is supplying motor with proper voltage, but no operation. Blower motor has failed and will need replaced. Suspect that blower motor shorted internally leading to breakers tripping and has completely internally failed leading to no breakers tripping even when power is supplied. Quote for blower motor replacement will be made and sent over Friday, January 2nd, sometime in the morning.
