We have been a customer of Westin Air for four years now and recently had our old HVAC system replaced by Westin Air. They are the most professional HVAC company we’ve ever had with outstanding service and technical excellent. When I had a question about a new sound from our new system when turning on the furnace, Wes the owner personally came to the house to check it out (the sound was normal to the new system). What service! If you have any HVAC needs, call Westin Air.

Preventative maintenence inspection on Carrier propane furnace and Waterfurnace geothermal units. Gas furnace inspection includes filter check, flame sensor cleaning and ignitor test, condensate trap cleaning, operation test to test gas pressure, air temperature rise, and check for carbon monoxide. All gas furnace test came back good with no issues found or suspected. Waterfurnace inspection included operation test to test refrigerant temperatures, air temperature rise, and ground loop pressure/temperature. Only issue found with geothermal operation was low ground loop pressure. Over time, the ground loops pipes with expand and cause pressure drop, and this does not mean there is a leak. Repressurized ground loop from 10psi to 80psi. Low ground loop pressure will lead to inefficient operation due to reduced heat transfer. Inefficient operation causes longer run times. Question about ground loop position should be able to be answered by Jackson Well Services as they were the ins

Performed heating maintenance Signed up for silver maintenance plan Concern of a no heat condition a few days back where the inducer motor was turning on and off and the house got down to 55⁰ Resetting the power to the furnace solved the issue No fault code history pertaining to a no heat condition Considering that a power reset got the furnace to snap out of what it was doing, suspect a brown out or electric blip from AEP put the system into a confused state Like a computer, rebooting the system clears up a lot of issues that can occur Humidifier water panel was very bad replaced it 20x25x4 filter is in good condition.
