Excellent service

We have used Weston air on several properties and the service is always professional and mechanically well done. The price is fair. What we like is that it’s very realizable,

Outstanding Company!

We have been a customer of Westin Air for four years now and recently had our old HVAC system replaced by Westin Air. They are the most professional HVAC company we’ve ever had with outstanding service and technical excellent. When I had a question about a new sound from our new system when turning on the furnace, Wes the owner personally came to the house to check it out (the sound was normal to the new system). What service! If you have any HVAC needs, call Westin Air.

System was satisfying, desired temperature upon arrival. Inspected system and found no errors present. Homeowner informed me that furnace was back in a code one when he had to reset it. Informed homeowner that we will have to order the P1 pressure switch. To resolve issue due to a failed switch. Inspected drain and everything was clear and inducer motor was not pulling high amps. It was staying at 2.4 operational. Rated 2.7 Fla. unable to quote tonight due to being passed Goodman hours.

Install new OEM Rheem heat exchanger on RTU unit #14 Note: RTU system age 19 years This estimate covers the specific repairs outlined to restore basic functionality to your existing HVAC system. Please note that the equipment is in poor overall condition with significant age-related wear, corrosion, and/or component degradation. Even after these repairs are completed, additional failures remain highly likely in the near future due to the system’s advanced age and deterioration. These repairs are considered a temporary measure and do not guarantee long-term reliability or restore the system to like-new condition. Unexpected breakdowns, reduced efficiency, and further repair costs are still probable. For greater reliability, energy savings, and peace of mind, replacement of the system may be the more cost-effective long-term solution. Per Jim: diagnostic on RTU11 not working at all, broken thermostat wire for rtu14, AND find the source of the noise from Elliot's restaurant systems. R

Replacement warranty. Upon arrival, thermostat was in off mode. Inspected furnace for any obvious issues and found d that the furnace control board was not being powered. Removed door and pushed in door switch to check for power. With door switch pushed in by hand, the system came on. Put bottom door back on and noticed that the door was not pushing the door switch in all of the way as the door switch was hanging lower than it should be. Adjusted door switch for proper height and put door back on. With door on, system now has power. Turned thermostat to heating to check for any other issues. None found or suspected. Bob mentioned he would like a quote to install a ductless mini split in the garage. Photos on file of furnace for humidifier install, aswell as interior and exterior photos for mini split install.
