Excellent service

We have used Weston air on several properties and the service is always professional and mechanically well done. The price is fair. What we like is that it’s very realizable,

Outstanding Company!

We have been a customer of Westin Air for four years now and recently had our old HVAC system replaced by Westin Air. They are the most professional HVAC company we’ve ever had with outstanding service and technical excellent. When I had a question about a new sound from our new system when turning on the furnace, Wes the owner personally came to the house to check it out (the sound was normal to the new system). What service! If you have any HVAC needs, call Westin Air.

Preventative maintenence inspection on 2019 Waterfurnace 5 Series geothermal system running in great condition. Current air filter is in good condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Inspected blower and compressor for anything unusual. Nothing of concern found. Test ran operation of electric heat strips. All strips are operating properly and within Amp draw specifications. Blower motor is operating properly. Electric strip heat temperature rise is within specs. Test ran system in geothermal heating mode stage 2. Temperature rise, ground loop pressure and temperature drop, and refrigerant temperatures are all within specifications. Did not check refrigerant as there are no issues suspected. System did not have any operational fault codes. Only hot water generation limit and system reset codes. These codes are normal and do not indicate any issues with the system. Waterfurnace is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.

Heard motor ramp up and almost immediately slow back down when first on site and next to unit aswell. Checked for any codes stored in the system. Most recent code was E99 for system reset caused by power reset. Office staff used Aurora Web Link website to check and confirm any unusual operation for today and Wednesday the 4th. No unusual measurements or codes were found. System is controlling the operation properly with no issues found or suspected. Will call Waterfurnace to verify any information.
