Upon arrival the system was running in cooling mode and set to 73 and shortly after arrival shut off due to a satisfied thermostat. Initial inspection of all the equipment discovers that all equipment in the basement is running in very good condition including a replacement 3\4hp blower by a third party. And with a clean 16x25X1 pleated air filter Blower dip switches are set to 4 ton with a matching 3 ton ac 15 seer ac system validating maximum blower speed for maximum air volume on the second floor. No additional blower volume or speed is available for this system. As is the equipment is producing 52° supply temperature in the basement. Outdoor equipment inspection discovers a heavily matted condenser coil but still nearly perfect running refrigerant pressures under today's conditions. Upon arrival discovered system not coming on inside. Outdoor unit cycling but no blower function at air handler. Quote replacement motor for system. Advise to shut down humidifier permanently to prevent future leaks and if humidity is needed than the humidifier should be reconfigured due to leaking. Remove and replace blower motor and test run cooling system cooling after repairs with 6° subcool. Advised of the leaning condenser and no screws securing unit to the brackets. Photos for reference.
