Upon arrival, inspected system and unit was showing code U0 and would not complete test run or heating mode. Unit is showing signs of low refrigerant and we will need to return to perform full leak search and repair.
Upon arrival discussed with homeowner about air delivery not reaching master suite and not reaching closet space on north side of basement. Heat runs are 4” pipe. Homeowner interested in quote for mini split 2 head.

Replaced humidifier solenoid valve and wired april air 700 to the T10 thermostat
Fixed the drain on geothermal unit. Put a sharkbite female fitting to transition between copper and pvc.
Replace blower wheel and motor under manufacturers parts warranty to help dampen the noise heard near return air in hall way. If noise is still over comfort levels I would advise having us slow down stage 2 blower speeds only if noise is still problematic.

Replace air filters on all heating units. Replace humidifier pad on operational humidifier in attic. Test electric strip heat and heat pump heating were applicable.m Test operation of hydronic heating where applicable. Attic Trane system humidifier currently disabled due to damage. Humidifier repairs will be necessary before operation. Recorded information for assistance in E130 dehumidifier installation for basement.
Upon arrival, inspected unit and found breaker was tripped for outdoor unit. Had to perform system test to get system back operational. After performing system test inspected system to verify no further problems. Unit running properly and heating properly with 28° delta T and 11amps on compressor circuit. Breaker is 50amp recommended breaker be inspected because unit is not showing any signs of failure.
Newer filter installed backwards has flattened out and is causing a major air flow blockage. Intialctest run in heating stage 2 showed discharge pressures at 500psi. Installed new air filter and test ran in second stage. Current operation discharge pressures at 350psi and is within spec. Test run operation of humidifier with no issues found.

Customer did not answer ETA. Upon arrival, 1-800 plumbing + air was in his driveway.
Upon arrival inspected furnace and found no current concerns while running, furnace only makes screeching noises when stopping and starting, PSC blower motor needs replaced or full furnace replacement depending on Laurie’s preference. Remove and replace PSC blower motor and install 7.5 capacitor setting up for 1/3 horsepower. Test run unit verify proper operation.
Replaced bad solenoid valve on April air 700 humidifier.
