Seth and Gary arrived on time, were neat and thorough in cleaning the entire furnace assembly, including A/C coil, blower etc. Furnace was very dirty. Now sounds better and should run more efficiently. Very happy with their level of knowledge and understanding of what it took to improve furnace efficiency.

Goodman high efficiency furnaces running in good condition. 16x25x1 air filter is new today. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Preventative maintenence inspection on 2024 Daikin high efficiency furnace. AA210 filter is new. Checked condition of humidifier steam canister in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.

Tested in heating modes. Took down all measurments. Will need to sonsukt with office and Waterfurnace tech support. Replaced fp1 sensor covered under part and labor warranty. Test ran operation and monitored fp1 readings.

Upon arrival, inspected furnace and found no major concerns. Discussed with homeowner and requested for more information from previous visit. Photos shown to me resembled the burner compartment and the pinch welds of the factory heat exchanger. Nothing concerning was seen. Homeowner was still interested in further inspection and requested a combustion analysis be performed. Performed combustion analysis and found no concerns with combustion process, unit is only making 24 ppm COAF and 12 ppm CO on high fire. Unit is of great health for age being 22 years old. Recommend no changes unit is of good health.
Replace damaged inducer motor with new oem inducer motor covered under parts warranty but no labor warranty.
Preventative maintenence inspection on four geothermal systems. All filters are in clean condition. Test ran operation of all units in electric heating and geothermal heating modes. Tested blower motors. During electric heating, tested operation of heating strips. During operation of geothermal heating, tested ground loop temperature and pressures. Did not check any refrigerant pressures as there are no issues suspected. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Internal seal of inducer motor has come apart and siezed the inducer motor. Inducer motor needs replaced. Part is under warranty but labor is not.

Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Humidifier damper is open, pad is in good condition, and humidity is set to 40%. Test ran furnace in gas heating mode from thermostat. System is operating properly within temperature rise specifications. Manifold gas pressures are set properly. Blower motor and inducer motor are operating within specifications. 2" pvc flue vents are in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Replacement crew accidentally ran “w to furn” wire to “twin” terminal instead of W reconfigured wiring so it will properly operate heat

Remove condenser motor on mini split and install factory replacement, test run system and verify no remaining issues. Unit properly operating after repairs. No further concerns on barn. Only remaining concerns on job are with the main house ac units settling below and gravel and needing raised or else coils are susceptible to rust/corrosion
Upon arrival inspected 3 units for barn. Started off with mini splits verifying operation, main north split will not cool or heat sufficiently. Unit outdoor fan will not run. Daikin tech support approved warranty motor for system. Clear clogged drain on 2nd floor system after discovering damp safety pan. Clear large debris from coil pan. No errors while inspecting upstairs unit with D checker nor while inspecting south wing minisplit. North wing needs ECM condenser motor replaced.
