Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane S9V2 furnace running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter is new today. Tested operation of I-Wave air cleaner. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Humidifier pad is new today. Humidistat set to 35%. Test run furnace in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Tested operation of humidifier during heating test. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.

Preventative maintenence inspection on 2010 Trane airhandler. Air filter is in good condition. Checked for any loose wiring in airhandler. Test ran operation of electric heat strips. All heat strips are operating properly. Air handler is operating properly and ready for Winter. Attempted test run of heat pump heating. Found that there is no high voltage to the outdoor unit. Indoor breaker is on, wire is mostly traceable, but it is a different wire coming out of the siding at the heat pump. An electrician will need called with electrical diagnosis. 24v call for contactor is still present. Due to inability to test run heat pump, cannot guarantee that it operates.
