Excellent service, repairman came quickly and took care of my problem quickly. very happy with price and everything!
Seth was great. He was very thorough in performing an annual service for our furnace and AC units.
Seth did an excellent job. He is always easy to work with. I'm glad Westin did the furnace replacement. A great company to work with.
Geothermal replacement. A couple of issues but Westin corrected them all. We used Westin to later replace a humidifier and plan to use them for an HVAC system in a condo we own.
Love , all the staff, and Seth is really great , he cares about the customers, I can tell it’s not an act
Seth was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the new system with me and answered all my questions. He was on time and did quality work.
Seth is a great guy to have on your team. Doesn't mind if watch and ask questions.
Fit us in the schedule in a few days and fixed our AC at a reasonable price
Westin Air has been very helpful. They are always on time and courteous. I would recommend them if you need your furnace repaired.

Replaced inducer capacitor. Furnace heating normally at this time. Discussed gold maintenance. Customer is going to try to cancel his agreement with another company and switch to us.
Accidentally flipped wrong dipswitch on heating pmi. Temperature rise was on the high side so meant to flip dipswitch to increase airflow, but accidentally flipped the wrong one and decreased the airflow. System was over heating. Flipped dipswitches to preferred settings, and test ran system. Manifold pressures are 1.3/3.2inwc. Temp rise within spec for both stages.
Performed heating maintenance on a Rheem high efficiency 2 stage natural gas furnace from 2022 Honeywell redlink zone panel with 2 zones Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor Pulled and flushed condensate trap 20x25x4 air filter in OK condition, replace in 3 months Aprilaire 600 humidifier #35 water panel good Wiring was incorrect for the humidifier. Corrected the wiring for proper operation. i-wave air purifier was positioned incorrectly inside the furnace blower cabinet. Repositioned it to the correct orientation per the manufacturer's instructions. Tested furnace: High fire gas pressure set to 3.5" Temp rise 55 degrees Combustion test within nominal range for a healthy heat exchanger. Low fire gas set to 1.9" Temp rise 50 degrees Combustion readings also within nominal range. No carbon monoxide detected in the ductwork or around the furnace.
Upon arrival inspected furnace and discovered no major concerns. Homeowner stressed concerns on self installed thermostat. Turned off eco+ mode so thermostat can not effect the furnace operation to “reserve energy” believed problem was sourced from eco+ mode as all problems have gone away
Upon arrival, system was in off mode. Turned thermostat to heating to perform heating test. Upon inspection of the furnace, noticed that the air filter rack is capable of fitting a 16x25x4 air filter, but is only using a 16x25x1 air filter due to 1in filter adapter being installed. Removed adapter rack and installed a new 16x25x4 air filter. System was still a bit high on the temperature rise for low stage. Tested Manifold gas pressure. Low stage was at 1.68inwc with a spec of 1.3-1.7inwc. High stage was at 3.6inwc with a spec of 3.2-3.8inwc. These settings are most likely from not being setup properly after install as gas valve adjustment screws did not have any sign of adjustment. Adjusted gas pressures to 3.2inwc for high stage, and 1.3inwc for low stage. Test ran unit in both stages to verify temperature rise is within range. No other issues found during today's visit.
Upon arrival inspected two heat pump package units for clubhouse building, discovered one with a door panel missing (on top of unit not installed and causing major compressor issues) and breakers for resistance heat were tripped. The filters were clogged solid. Reset breakers and replace filters and test ran system. System is heating on heat pump and auxiliary no issue. The system on the right (looking at stats inside) will not come on after replacing a bad capacitor. Breaker is not latching as designed not showing signs of tripping. Advise to replace both disconnects. Units outback for kitchen completely inoperable does not want inspected yet. Propane unit in garage needed a 24v transformer and the drain repaired after the condensation trap was removed from circuit not allowing pressure switch to close. Reconfigured drain to run into a bucket for temporary use. Attic furnace for offices was too old and too beyond repair and needs replaced

Free second opinion on compressor diagnostic. Climatemaster Geothermal system is confirmed to have a bad compressor. Compressor is internally shorted to ground on all legs. Possible cause for failure is zone system with barometric bypass damper due to putting a large amount of stress in system by dumping hot/cold air depending on mode of operation, back onto air coil. Information for unit has been collected and will be passed back to Cathy and Justin.
2021 Trane furnace running in great condition. 20x25x4 air filter in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Humidifier pad is new today, damper opened, run test during heating mode, set to #4. Test ran system in heating mode from thermostat. Delta t of 49F with supply temp of 122F, spec Delta t of 35-65F. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 4" galvanized B-vent in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Furnace is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.

2015 Waterfurnace 5 Series running in great condition. 2200 air filter in new condition. Air filter could also be replaced with Honeywell Popup 2200 filter for eaiser and cheaper filter replacment. Performed heat of extraction test for geothermal heating. Systemem pulling 48KBtuh and spec is 47.7KBtuh. Mostly focused electric heating side. All 4 heat strips are operating properly and within spec at ~19A and 240V. Blower motor is operating properly at 1.5A. Blower and electrical compartments both in great condition with no sign of issues. Control boards are clean and no loose wiring found. Waterfurnace system is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Performed two system heating maintenance. Attic furnace is a Lennox 80% efficient single stage natural gas unit. System was locked out on a fault. Reset power to clear the lockout. Burners cycled on lack of flame proving signal. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Burners now staying lit. Blower motor unable to start. Motor bearings feel OK, no noise or resistance when spinning by hand. Tested blower motor capacitor. Reading open circuit, it should read 5mfd Replaced capacitor. Motor now functioning normally. Discussed the possibility of the motor failing down the road, but agreed that doing just the capacitor is acceptable as a starting point. Checked for carbon monoxide, 0ppm reading in the ductwork or around the furnace. 16x25x1 filter is new. It was in upside down, though. Airflow arrow needs to point towards the furnace. It is 20 years old, but still in good shape. Basement system is a Lennox single stage 90+% efficient furnace Ran combustion test and checked for carbon mon
