Geothermal had 155 occurrences of FP1 fault Last lockout was FP1 With aurora aid tool, monitored fp1 During start up, it went down to -11 and came back up in a short enough period of time to not trigger the fault Checked wiring of fp1, no issues found Used temperature clamp on TXV outlet to compare to fp1 numbers, fp1 was fluctuating a lot while the actual temperature of the line remained steady. Also found high pressure switch Bypassed Verified it is stuck open We will send a quote to replace fp1 sensor and install a service port tee with a high pressure switch
Remove 4” vent pipe and replace with new pipe due to rust and rot causing vent to separate and leak exhaust gases into basement. Temporarily taped for safety reasons

Preventative maintenence inspection on Waterfurnace 5 Series geothermal unit. Air filter is in decent condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Visual inspection of air coil. Check fault history with Aurora aid tool. No error fault codes in the system. Reset normal operation codes. Test run operation of electric heat strips. All strips are operating properly. Test ran in geothermal heating aswell. Bo issues found or suspected with electric strip heat, and geothermal heating. Humidifier pad is in good condition. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.

Install new 2-pump non-pressurized flow center Our technician has identified that the current geothermal loop field currently has an active leak (or multiple leaks) resulting in ongoing loss of loop fluid/pressure. The exact location, cause, and full extent of the leak(s) are unknown without further invasive testing or excavation, which is outside the scope of this service call. Purpose of This Repair The replacement of the flow center (and any associated valves, pumps, or flush/fill components) is being performed solely as a temporary measure intended to slow or reduce the rate of fluid loss from the existing leaking loop. This work is being done to allow continued temporary use of the geothermal system while a permanent repair or loop replacement is planned.
Preventative maintenence inspection on 2023 Daikin gas furnace. AA210 filter in decent condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. #35 humidifier pad in good condition. Enabled outdoor temperature humidification limit to prevent condensation on windows. Test run furnace in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Upon arrival inspected system and found unit in ignition failure code 4. Flame sensor was filthy igniter tested at 120ohms standard M style igniter. Test run unit with clean flame sensor and had no issues. Found vent pipe had multiple splits in pipe allowing exhaust gases to leak. Repaired with tape to keep system safe while temporarily operating and quote repair to vent pipe three 5 foot sections of 4” pipe and 3 90° 4” standard 1 90° 4” double
