Upon arrival, system is running in cooling mode. Current 16x25x1 air filter is very dirty and causing airflow issues. System was operating with a 30F delta t when it should be between 17F and 22F. Installed new 16x25x1 air filter and test ran operation. New delta t is reading 18F with a supply temp of 55F. Checked refrigerant pressures for system with piston metering device. Outdoor temperature of 83F, and return wetbulb of 63F. Suction pressure of 130psi with 4F SH. System is just above spec for refrigeration charge. This will not hinder nor hurt the system at all. No other issues found or sus0ected at this time. AC is operating at this time. Lisa would like an updated quote from Cathy about doing a single head mini split for the 3 season room outback.
