Removed refrigerant until 8⁰ subcool was achieved Allowed another 15min run time to be sure numbers stayed stable. Both renters complained upstairs is hotter than downstairs Explained basement is finished, access to ductwork is impossible without drywall removal Advised making sure furniture is not on top of supply registers or in front of return grills is imperative Also advised choking down supply registers on first floor can possibly help making the upstairs more comfortable Unsure if they adjust the cooling Setpoint a lot, explained picking a Temperature and leaving it there is best for allowing the system to keep the house cool on hot days.
