2010 Bard Geothermal unit preventative maintenence inspection. Air filters are new today. Visual inspection of blower and compesssor compartments. Test run operation of electric heat strips. All strips are operating properly and within specs. Temperature rise is within specs. Test run operation of geothermal heating. Performed non invasive test on system. Refrigerant temperatures, air temperature rise, and blower motor are all reading within specifications. No issues found or suspected during maintenance visit. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
