Wonderful service

Great service, clean, and courteous. Very friendly. This was an annual check and a piece was broken. They had it on the truck and repaired it that day. Highly recommend.

Repeat Customer for a reason

This is my second house that I am using Westin air for servicing, and not just annual HVAC inspections and cleaning. My first house only had one air vent in a large furnished basement. It caused problems. They added more circulation without touching the cosmetics. My 2nd house needs more circulation in the basement due to moisture in the summer. There air no water leaks in the walls to fix. Just stale, moist air forcing me to run the dehumidifier. Their pricing is reasonable for the work and the cost savings from the electric bill is worth it.

Pleasant and thorough.

Westin still has a 5 star rating with me, though the fact that Westin canceled out original appointment and was late on the rescheduled appointment puts that opinion in jepordy.

Excellent service

Westin Air is one of the most easy to deal with service company I have dealt with in a long time. From the front office staff to the service team everyone is friendly and professional and are very responsive to any question or concern I have had. They stand behind the products they represent and are very easy to deal with. I had a new HVAC system installed about a year ago and have had multiple issues within this time period. Seth my service tech came out and spent numerous hours diagnosing and eventually fixing the problem so I can defiantly say they stand behind the products.

Satisfied!

Seth arrived within the window and performed annual maintenance on two furnace units. He was courteous while in the home, performed his work timely and made sure to point out items that needed my attention. I have used Westin a number of times over the past year for various properties and have always felt they provided a good service that is reliable and honest. I would recommend Westin to anyone looking for service on their heating/air systems.

Second floor system: Condensate safety switch was tripped, suspect system froze up during the event in question Reset the wet switch sensor Adjusted airflow, temp drop across the evaporator was too high. It was running a 27⁰ delta, it is now running a 22⁰ delta Suspect either someone bumped the set point too low and forgot to adjust it back or the thermostat got stuck. Got in the attic and traced every inch of the thermostat wire to rule out rodent damage that could have caused a short circuit. No damage to the wiring was found. When adjusting the set point for cooling, we recommend no more than two degrees of change, especially in extreme hot weather and cold weather, as well. Cold outdoor Temps with excessive run time will cause freeze up of the evaporator coil. More than a 2⁰ swing in extreme hot weather will make the system run all day and never get the space down to set point until night time. If the system appears to be stuck on (room temperature is way below set point i

2005 water furnace 5 series split system geothermal located in basement matched with tempstar upflow gas furnace located in the Attic servicing the second floor Equipment r410a refrigerant charge is very low but not cycling on low pressure safety switches. Equipment is running stable at 48 PSI suction and 175 with expected pressures to be at 125 and 300. Full system charge is approximately 7-8 pounds. Isis forming on the bottom 25% of the attic system horizontal a coil. Homeowners have chosen not to recharge the r410a refrigerant until the leak has been identified with electronic and/or nitrogen pressure testing at a later date scheduled by the office staff Recommend 2-3 hours for refrigerant recovery and nitrogen pressure testing if electronic testing is not successful Today's diagnostics trip charge has been rolled over into the leak search estimate

2007 water furnace premier DC volt communications Upon arrival homeowner had power turned off due to the fact that the compressor will not turn off ever under any thermostat mode or setting. Initial inspections discovered welded closed contacts on the 40 amp two pole starting relay contactor. At the same time the ground loop pressure has lost all pressure to zero starting at 45 within one year. Replace two pole contactor and re-pressurize ground loops to 60 PSI. Maximum house water pressure. Run test cooling mode high stage at 47° supply temperature Homeowner will monitor hose kits and flow center for any ground loop pressure loss. Westin Air can service any and all equipment and antifreeze flushing necessities inside the house however any foundation penetrations and outside ground loop work will require the original installing contractor or a professional geothermal well drilling company Ground loop antifreeze has not been identified at this point
