Great service, clean, and courteous. Very friendly. This was an annual check and a piece was broken. They had it on the truck and repaired it that day. Highly recommend.

This is my second house that I am using Westin air for servicing, and not just annual HVAC inspections and cleaning. My first house only had one air vent in a large furnished basement. It caused problems. They added more circulation without touching the cosmetics. My 2nd house needs more circulation in the basement due to moisture in the summer. There air no water leaks in the walls to fix. Just stale, moist air forcing me to run the dehumidifier. Their pricing is reasonable for the work and the cost savings from the electric bill is worth it.

Westin still has a 5 star rating with me, though the fact that Westin canceled out original appointment and was late on the rescheduled appointment puts that opinion in jepordy.

Westin Air is one of the most easy to deal with service company I have dealt with in a long time. From the front office staff to the service team everyone is friendly and professional and are very responsive to any question or concern I have had. They stand behind the products they represent and are very easy to deal with. I had a new HVAC system installed about a year ago and have had multiple issues within this time period. Seth my service tech came out and spent numerous hours diagnosing and eventually fixing the problem so I can defiantly say they stand behind the products.

Seth arrived within the window and performed annual maintenance on two furnace units. He was courteous while in the home, performed his work timely and made sure to point out items that needed my attention. I have used Westin a number of times over the past year for various properties and have always felt they provided a good service that is reliable and honest. I would recommend Westin to anyone looking for service on their heating/air systems.

Install new OEM Rheem heat exchanger on RTU unit #14 Note: RTU system age 19 years This estimate covers the specific repairs outlined to restore basic functionality to your existing HVAC system. Please note that the equipment is in poor overall condition with significant age-related wear, corrosion, and/or component degradation. Even after these repairs are completed, additional failures remain highly likely in the near future due to the system’s advanced age and deterioration. These repairs are considered a temporary measure and do not guarantee long-term reliability or restore the system to like-new condition. Unexpected breakdowns, reduced efficiency, and further repair costs are still probable. For greater reliability, energy savings, and peace of mind, replacement of the system may be the more cost-effective long-term solution. During the recent inspection of the bathroom exhaust fan, we noted that the fan currently vents directly into the attic without a proper cap. To determine the full length and path of the vent run, we would need to remove the drywall.

Heat pump is operating under great parameters for outdoor temperature being 26° Unit is heating with a 43° temp rise inside. Unit generating frost outside as intended/expected during cold weather unit can buildup ice chunks and will defrost the ice with normal operation which can take hours at times. Unit is packed full of sensors monitoring its running state and will signal defrost when it knows it’s required. Ice buildup should only be a concern when the blue fins are no longer visible at all around any of the coil sides.

Daikin DM97 modulating natural gas furnace with DZ17 heat pump Had a bunch of stored comm faults, only variations were thermostat comm fault and eev comm fault. Found lots of high voltage and low voltage wires following each other inside and outside of the furnace cabinet. Also wired humidifier into the furnace HUM relay and enabled HUM control on the Daikin One stat. Cleared faults Set system to heat No active faults at this time
