Great service, clean, and courteous. Very friendly. This was an annual check and a piece was broken. They had it on the truck and repaired it that day. Highly recommend.

This is my second house that I am using Westin air for servicing, and not just annual HVAC inspections and cleaning. My first house only had one air vent in a large furnished basement. It caused problems. They added more circulation without touching the cosmetics. My 2nd house needs more circulation in the basement due to moisture in the summer. There air no water leaks in the walls to fix. Just stale, moist air forcing me to run the dehumidifier. Their pricing is reasonable for the work and the cost savings from the electric bill is worth it.

Westin still has a 5 star rating with me, though the fact that Westin canceled out original appointment and was late on the rescheduled appointment puts that opinion in jepordy.

Westin Air is one of the most easy to deal with service company I have dealt with in a long time. From the front office staff to the service team everyone is friendly and professional and are very responsive to any question or concern I have had. They stand behind the products they represent and are very easy to deal with. I had a new HVAC system installed about a year ago and have had multiple issues within this time period. Seth my service tech came out and spent numerous hours diagnosing and eventually fixing the problem so I can defiantly say they stand behind the products.

Seth arrived within the window and performed annual maintenance on two furnace units. He was courteous while in the home, performed his work timely and made sure to point out items that needed my attention. I have used Westin a number of times over the past year for various properties and have always felt they provided a good service that is reliable and honest. I would recommend Westin to anyone looking for service on their heating/air systems.

Preventative maintenence inspection on two gas furnaces. Both air filters in good condition. Basement humidifier pad needs changed due to calcium buildup up. Keith is getting it himself. Cleaned flame sensors and checked ignitors. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap on basement system. Test ran each in gas heating mode. Both systems are operating properly and within specifications for temperature rise, blower and inducer motor amp draw, and gas pressure. Exhaust vents are all in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Performed non invasive test on geothermal heating. Refrigerant temperatures are within spec. No unusual codes in the geothermal systems. Systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Preventative maintenence inspection on standard efficiency American Standard furnace running in good condition. Trane Clean Effects pre-filter cleaning. #35 humidifier pad in good condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Test ran in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Preventative maintenence inspection on Carrier propane furnace and Waterfurnace geothermal units. Gas furnace inspection includes filter check, flame sensor cleaning and ignitor test, condensate trap cleaning, operation test to test gas pressure, air temperature rise, and check for carbon monoxide. All gas furnace test came back good with no issues found or suspected. Waterfurnace inspection included operation test to test refrigerant temperatures, air temperature rise, and ground loop pressure/temperature. Only issue found with geothermal operation was low ground loop pressure. Over time, the ground loops pipes with expand and cause pressure drop, and this does not mean there is a leak. Repressurized ground loop from 10psi to 80psi. Low ground loop pressure will lead to inefficient operation due to reduced heat transfer. Inefficient operation causes longer run times. Question about ground loop position should be able to be answered by Jackson Well Services as they were the ins
Replace transformer and add a low voltage fuse to protect new transformer Cannot fully diagnose unit without a working transformer Additional issues may be found after this repair Replace inducer motor assembly for Elliot's The three systems pertaining to this quoted work are now heating normally at this time.
Dual fuel geo split 5 series 4 ton water furnace Lennox natural gas 2 stage 96% Installing contractor used Lennox evaporator coil as the air coil Geo is low on refrigerant and already has leak sealant in the system Gas furnace was throwing a slew of pressure switch codes Found furnace burner intake pipe full of foliage Cut pipe and cleared blockage. Put intake back together with an unglued coupling for future cleanout Gas furnace operating properly now Removed cover for Lennox coil. No obvious signs of a leak. From experience, the likelihood of the Lennox coil leaking refrigerant is very high. Recommend replacing coil with a water furnace coil 21" wide coil. If taller than 29", reme halo will need removed and humidifier bypass relocated to the side of the plenum.
Install new Geo-Link 2-Pump Non-pressurized flow center. Connect to existing lop lines and electric supply. Test run operation and fill to appropriate level. Check again weekly for the first month to top off if any air bubbles are pushed out of the system.

Upon arrival, system is showing a code E2.1 "Retries exceeded (Flame failed to establish)." Attempted to fire off furnace to test operation. Inducer motor comes on as it should. Ignitor glows as it should. Gas valve opens as it should but then only stays on for approximately three seconds. Inspected flame sensor and it is not terribly dirty. Removed one burner to inspect for rust. Burner is extremely rusty causing the flame sense feature to not work. When ignition happens, the furnace does not get any signal for flame established. Replaced oem Trane steel burner with oem Trane stainless steel burners to prevent rusting. Test ran operation of system with no other issues found or suspected.
