Good service once he got there. appt was at 7am, showed at 7:50

Good service all around, explained what needed to be done and how much cost would be. I was disappointed that his boss told him to forego injecting dye into the system to check for leaks since he seemed to have fixed the problem. I am selling the house and would much prefer the peace of mind knowing that there are positively no more leaks.

Upon arrival, inspected systems and did not find any concerns with HVAC systems. Checked ohms for wiring supplying disconnects and found a few wires with direct shorts to ground reading 0.0 and a few wires with .60 ohms on them. OL on all wires supply HVAC units. No issues discovered with hvac equipment errors are internal in the electrical supply

Disconnect switch (standard light switch) failed Bypassed the switch Breaker #3 in the kitchen controls the furnace Quote single zone mini split for 400sqft addition on the back of the house. May need an electrician to run power to it May also be able to put a junction box off the current AC disconnect. It's on a 40A Breaker and the min ampacity is 16.6A

Adjusted blower sheave on RTU 3 to maximum blower speed Had to adjust belt tension to not have belt too tight Installed new belt provided by Jeff. Two split systems for front offices at the main entrance had blower speeds both set to medium-high. Moved both of them to high speed. Small packaged unit on the low roof north of the main entrance: increased blower speed to high.

Upon arrival inspected thermostat and didn’t find obvious concerns, inspected air handler and found no concerns. Inspected rooftop and found unit running in heat pump function and reversing valve not actuated. Went through thermostat programming and found thermostat programmed for gas heat not heat pump so unit was running heat pump instead of AC. Reprogram and test run unit. Unit is properly cooling now.
