Repairer rodent damage to thr wiring of this Nordyne heat pump. The unit was stuck in heat mode as a result..
Rototiller accident broke the fan blade and motor on a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump.
Diagnosed cause for Lennox AC freezing. System leaking refrigerant, unfortunately it is out of warranty. Customer opted to charge the refrigerant and add leak sealant. It also never has had a maintenance performed. Unit required a tear down and washing of the Condenser coil.
New capacitor and Condenser coil cleaning for this Lennox AC unit.
Replaced the capacitor on a Trane XR air conditioner.
Benchmarking this Trane AC system. Customer thought it ran too long after the repair made yesterday. It had a lot of catchup to do at the hottest point on the hottest day of the year so far. Refrigerant charge is correct, air diagnostics show a 19 degree drop across the evaporator coil, Condenser coil is clean.
Replaced the capacitor on this Trane AC unit to fix a no cooling issue. Failed capacitor keeps the Compressor from being able to start. In this case, it tripped the circuit breaker.
