Water furnace 5 series Thermostat locked out on e10 compressor monitor with 31 lockout cycles recorded in AID diagnostics. Control circuit is active with power provided by EAH supply voltage Compressor circuit has no power. 45 amp two-pole breaker in the main panel is in the tripped off center position. Also at the same time One of the two five amp resettable circuit breaker at the control board is also tripped.. Both circuit breakers reset and all systems ran normal. E10 on the communicating thermostat was activated by no compressor power or operation. The primary cause of both circuit breaker trips could not be determined while on site today. 30uf compressor capacitor is within specs Hot water generator circuit is functioning and running normal. Two pump flow center is also functioning with both motors operational registering 15.5 GPM on the AIS tool System is registering high heat of rejection at 54K on aid compared to book specs however all other systems, water temperatures,

2024 Trane Xzr AC running in new condition. 20x25x1 air filter is new today. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Check cooling blower speed and confirm for the proper 1000cfm for 2.5 ton AC. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 20F with supply temp of 54F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 300psi with 11F SC, low 130psi with 12F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Dual ran capacitor is within spec. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within Amp draw specifications. Per the charging chart, head pressure was high and suction pressure was low. Tore down and gave the condenser a heavy wash. Got authorization for topping off refrigerant and adding sealant/UV dye Added 1lb r410a and a sealant with dye. Gas meter locked out for leakage beyond the stop cock of the furnace During inspection today no gas pressure is available for micro gel leak detection or electronic detection. Based on test results and photos provided to me by third party all indications are that the gas valve is leaking through and not closing tightly. 100% positive identification of the leak with no gas pressure will require a gas line plumber performing a pressure test. Option two replace gas valve and notify gas supplier that the repair has been completed. After gas pressure is reestablished an additional visit will be required to set the manifold pressures of the two-stage intermittent pilot gas valve The December 2004 TempStar high efficiency LP propane gas multi-stage equipment is in very poor neglected condition with extensive wear and tear and water damage that needs immediate attention. Such items include plastic heat exchanger collector box with micro cracks leaking water, The burners are rusted and c
