Newer filter installed backwards has flattened out and is causing a major air flow blockage. Intialctest run in heating stage 2 showed discharge pressures at 500psi. Installed new air filter and test ran in second stage. Current operation discharge pressures at 350psi and is within spec. Test run operation of humidifier with no issues found.
Service warranty Missed recirculation issue during last two diagnostics. Replace current flue termination with new goose neck to prevent recirculation and ice buildup in the intake pipe. No diagnostic charge, bill today is only for parts and labor used for repairs.

Service warranty During control board replacement, wire for gas furnace heating call was not installed properly and making very poor connection leading to intermitten heating. Fixed wiring and test ran operstion from thermostat.
Current controller settings were causing left vanes to point more downwards than right vanes. Test3d several operstion settings and confirmed proper vanes control. Controller is now setup for complete infrared eye control and vanes may look different while system is operating. No issues found or suspected

System has a failed 45uf capacitor for compressor operation. Replace failed capacitor and test run in heating mode. No other issues found or suspected during testing. Geothermal maintenence plan includes two visits for maintenence. Once in the spring for checking geothermal operation, and once in the fall for checking electric heat strips operation.

Set thermostat for heat Check amp draw on blower motor: 3.26 Check amp draw on inducer motor:0.62 Check delta T - 53° Furnace is in optimal running conditions
