Carlos, the plumber, was very courteous, and professional. I appreciate the neat, clean, and professional appearance of both Allpro workers. He took care of the immediate problem quickly and carefully. Carlos was careful to explain the major problem he found and he gave such a good deal by running the camera through the main line and finding what needed to be done as soon as possible. I am waiting for them to come replace the main sewer line and expect to have similar results, hopefully.
