With our A/c out on the hottest day in September, Logan quickly diagnosed the problem and advised us that a special part needed to be ordered. Rather than wait 5 days for it, I authorized overnight shipping at our expense. Logan called the next morning to say the part had just arrived and he would be right over to install it. We very quickly had our A/c back in operation--hooray!
