Mike was prompt, thorough, polite, neat, honest and extremely hard working. Were we to have a plumbing need in the future we would definitely ask for Mike as our technician. He spent a whole day working with us and barely took a break. Just amazing. As our problem occurred over a weekend, the weekend "on call" plumber was excellent and professional. We were very pleased with our entire experience!
