I had a water line break and was unable to locate the shut off valve. When I called Wolcott and your employee Jake, arrived he also looked for the shut off valve, it wasn't easy, because this valve was not where it would normally be. Yet he kept looking, until he found it, which was in the crawl space, by my house and he then was able to turn it off. He showed persistance to get the job done under unusual circumstances.
