Matt was friendly and knowledgeable but I was surprised when he charged me to rewire the fresh air intake that Wolcott incorrectly wired when the system was installed less than 2 years ago as new home construction. Probably won't call them again if they charge the homeowner for their mistakes. And the tech that is scheduled for maintenance doesn't show up or call that he's running late and you have to call and ask when they are coming out because they are late and know you have not had heat for two days when outside high temps are in the 40's.
