Although our problem was fixed we were very disappointed at the service charge. I guess we thought having our new AC for a relatively short time that this may have been a courtesy call. Had we known ahead of time the cost of service we would have first tried a different remedy. We should have been told ahead of time. Having said that we have a very high opinion of Wolcott. I have consistently had great service from Wolcott for both HVAC and Electrical services. Elijah was terrific today. They are reliable and have taken care of my various needs over the last two years. Yes they are pricey but they have demonstrated reliability and quality service.

Water heater down! I called at 4:50 on a Friday. Lovely woman answered and helped right away! Got hold of Grant who came to my aid. My water heater had to be replaced and Grant took care of everything. I was assuming I may go a few days without hot water, but no! Professional, kind, respectful, Grant completed this job and worked late, until close to 9, to make sure that I was taken care of. His joke, "gonna get you back into hot water" and he did. I don't write reviews lightly. I have used Wolcott many times now and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat. I'm no expert, but I believe that the pricing was also quite fair. I appreciate this company!!

We cannot express enough how much we truly love Elijah and his work! He's not only amazing at what he does, he takes time to answer all my questions...even the silly ones...explains procedures clearly and does it with a smile. As I've mentioned in a previous review...we've grown very fond of him. In fact, I try to find electrical things I can have him come back and do. It's going to be a very sad day when I run out of work for Elijah. Words cannot express how happy we are to have made the first phone call to Wolcott. Thank you to all of you!
