Matt seems very experienced, professional and friendly. Only minor issue with the company is we did not receive a 1-hour notice he was on the way which is what we were told we would get since the company no longer gives one a "widow-arrival time" as they used to. We had a 10 to 15 min. notice so it is good we were home already.
Matt is alway very friendly and professional. He explains any issues he might find and what needs to be done to correct these issues. I’ve worked with Wolcott since moving into my home and have always had superb service.

I have a water-based pipe heating system in the floor of my home. Wolcott is the only local service organization that services this system. They are also the company that installed the system in 2002 but under another name. a one-hour service call was $289. The service call resolved the immediate issue and they showed up as promised. I confirmed the appt knowing the high cost for service but they are the only company that services my system. I have no other options. In July 2020 the cost for a similar service call was $105.15. I understand that times have changed but I think the current charge was a bit much. Wolcott does not offer military discounts either as other service providers do. Nice work but expensive IMO

Ken is always courteous and professional. His fast diagnosis pinpointed the problem right away. Cost of the replacement part is very expensive especially, I can order the same part online for a fraction of the cost.
