Robb came out last week and was very professional and helpful. He was very willing to walk me through the thermostat programming options and answer any questions I had.
Whenever Rob comes, he does all the work thoroughly and unobtrusively, and usually gives us additional advice, training, or suggestions.
I switched to Woods after many years of supporting a local a/c contractor - wish I had done it sooner. Rob has corrected many of the issues my previous contractor left undone or neglected, and I can tell the difference in the performance of my systems. He is always very professional and takes time to explain the process very carefully. I highly recommend him and will continue to use Woods as long as Rob is there.
Each time they come to inspect my unit, they are soooo thorough. My system is old and they have given me great advice and kept it cobbled up together for as long as they could. Now it's probably time to replace, but I trust them to do that job better than anyone else!

Word travels fast where I live, as as result, the blue and yellow trucks are a common sight in the neighborhood. No better choice for A/C and heating service and maintenance.
Mark Walding is an excellent technician and this company should be proud to have such a professional young man working for them. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my ac very quickly and did a thorough job explaining what and why he was doing certain checks. That said---the pricing seems way out of line for the part--a simple thermostat--and installation plus a $50 charge for diagnosis. Out the door to replace thermostat was $372--and--we downgraded to a regular thermostat rather than a programmable one like we had. That would have cost another $100 or so. I would give Mark Walding 5 stars for doing such an efficient job. I would give Woods Comfort Systems 5 stars for how quickly they sent someone to fix my problem. Only 1 star for their pricing--it seems way out of line.
