I would like to compliment all those involved in the installation of my unit. All the young men....Roberto, Jacob, Greg, Vincent, Willie, Kao, Eak, David, Alex and Hugo worked diligently and without reserve to get the job done in not so good weather conditions!! Everyone presented themselves professionally and were very personable. Enjoyed having them in my home. They all took great care in cleaning up every single day ( my plumber needs to take lessons from you guys! ). Thanks to Benji for resending survey to me again. Also to Virginia and all the girls in the office for being so friendly and in helping me with all my questions and concerns and your prompt replies. Wortman team of wonderful men just replaced our heating and air! They were very neat about keeping the floors covered and kindly moved a few pieces of furniture out of their path for us. All four Eak, Tyler, Hugo and Jacob were hard workers going non stop! I was very impressed with the manner in which they began by Eak going over information about the systems and how they would proceed. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly! All the young men were very neatly dressed and very professional. So glad they helped us! So glad we called Wortman!
