After removing the Payne gas furnace and Guardian air conditioner, I installed a Carrier Variable Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
