I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman air conditioner. Upon arrival, the client informed me that the fan was not running and there was no cold air. Upon inspection, I confirmed that the outdoor unit was not coming on and the customer informed me that he had already replaced the passenger and then he had 24 V going to the contactor, but it still would not come on. System had 240 V going from disconnect to contactor, however did not have 240 coming out. I then spoke with the client before replacing the contactor and restarting the system. System is cooling and operational upon departure.
