After removing the American Standard air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner, upgraded to a Carrier at no additional cost to the customer. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
