After removing the Ducane gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17" and a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner, both of which were updated to Carrier equipment at no extra charge. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
