After removing the Goodman electric furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Carrier Variable Speed 3 Ton Electric Furnace 21" and a Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
