I performed a diagnostic service call on an air conditioning unit today. Upon arrival, customer stated that the unit would not come on. I checked the voltages; system receiving proper 24 volts however not receiving any high voltage. Checked disconnect which was also not receiving any high voltage. Discovered that the breaker had been tripped, reset the breaker. Outdoor unit was very dirty, so I cleaned it with a hose. Restarted system. System operational and cooling upon departure.
