On time, and found air leak problems with 7-year old system that were overlooked by previous technicians. Had materials to make repairs, so did not have to schedule a follow-up visit. Total repair cost was on the high side of "fair", however, as the whole operation only took under 1 hour, and the technician was already there doing the pre-paid semi-annual system inspection.
