David was an excellent technician!!! We have not had the carpet cleaned since we moved in and he provided an excellent service. He went over the whole process before starting and even stopped midway to show me the results. He was very knowledgeable and charismatic!! Will definitely be using their service in the future!!! I’m impressed!!!

John was great. He arrived on time. He saw how badly my carpet was stained due to having a puppy. He worked hard to get my carpet cleaned and it does not look like I have a dog. John explained the process and was upfront about the pricing.
