Called out to inspect drag mark on office space carpet in Farmington. Upon arrival I did confirm that it was in fact a drag burn across Olefin carpet approximately 25 to 30 feet long from the office door to the wall . Source was the dirty bottom of a box containing a very heavy, very large painting. Situation could have been avoided with the use of a proper furniture dolly.
