Very professional. Presented his credentials. Explained everything . Covered floor and furniture near chimney. No soot floated around thanks to the vacuum. After cleaning he used camera and competently explained the findings. Answered all my questions. Gave suggestions. Then cleaned everything very well. I am recommending this service to everyone !!
