First, I love the fact that he was on time - actually he was early (when does that ever happen)! I had scheduled a dryer vent cleaning, but was so impressed I said I would have him do a chimney sweep too. Was going to schedule that work so he could go on his way, but he said he would just do it now since it's Fireplace season. Tom, really knows what he is doing and he takes ownership of his job. I'm certainly no clean freak, but I appreciate how he made sure he cleaned everything up afterwards.Will definitely call him for future work and will definitely tell my friends the wonderful service I had.
