This morning we installed a radon reduction/mitigation system in a house located in Alto, Michigan. This job we replaced the pedestal style sump pump with a brand new submersible sump pump so that we could seal the sump crock correctly. The perforated drain tile visible in the sump crock allow for the radon mitigation system to work effortlessly by creating a negative pressure underneath the sub slab, all throughout the entire footprint of the home. The post-radon test will confirm safe levels.
