Doing pest control the right way. A property management company contacted us to take over all of their properties to handle the pest control issues. The apartment complex I’m at right now had another big name company doing the pest control and none of the bait stations on the exterior were filled, who knows how long it’s been like this. We sealed up all of the access points inside and outside the property and put out bait stations in the correct areas for maximum effectiveness.
