John was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the service he performed. He also went the extra mile by helping address a few issues that weren’t part of the routine maintenance.
W120956 JB 51650062 Upon inspection of the communication cables and ports, there didn't appear to be a loss of communication. I reached out to WES. Kevin advised that everything looked good on his end. He did see the alarm history of a comm loss yesterday, but it had since cleared.
