Generator was faulted for Undervoltage 1902. Faulted January 25th at 14:00/exercise. Generator also had the Code 0 alarm due to the service/maintenance history needing to be reset. I performed a maintenance reset and was able to clear the Code 0 Alarm. Once cleared, I started and ran generator while monitoring voltage and frequency output to be normal, 240v/60hz. I updated firmware from 1.48 to 1.51. Visually inspected brushes. No apparent issues. Simulated an outage. Generator operated properly. #2 Service. No further issues.
Under voltage. Could not get generator to duplicate the issue. Did a load transfer. 65 amps was on the generator with no issues. Replaced battery and air filter while i was there.
Service 3 of 4. Generator is working properly.
Authorized Generac start up. Generator is working properly. Transfer switches was not bonded together. Generator leads was not daisy chained. Had to leave and get gen lead to correct job. Customer was on a facetime meeting and had to wait to test generator.
Battery is 5 years old. Was not able to contact homeowner
#1 service 22kw a/c. Replace 2 fuses in transfer switch
#1 service. Generator is running properly. Will need a firmware update for a liquid cooled generator. Tried a hard reset but screen still says fault 0. Does not interrupt the running of the generator. Cant download pib.
