Estimate to repair damaged components from lightning strike
Thermostat wire was used for the controll wires. There is a break in the controll wire which is not allowing DC voltage to travel along 23 and 194 to transfer power. We also added a relay to provide 12VDC directly from the battery to the transfer switches since the run of wire is over 50ft. Warranty claim. Generator would not transfer power due to bad controller.
Repairs complete generator running and will provide power to site.
