Replaced mixer assembly due to stepper motor being shorted and not operating. Once the mixer assembly was replaced the controller also needed to be replaced due to the output control of the controller to the stepper motor was faulty. Once controller was replaced I simulated an outage. No further issues.

JB # 48282075 Contacted Wes and determined site power was fluctuating between 7:45pm and 12:18am on 1/25/23. DC Plant never discharged and generator never ran. All alarms cleared after 12:18am. Issue seemed to only affect A phase based on reporting.
Warranty was submitted to Generac. If Generac fails to pay claim customer is responsible for all labor and materials.
#1 service. Replaced battery and air filter. Installed new mobile link device supplied by customer. No issues.
