Issue with regulator. Got generator running but customer is going to have the gas work fixed. Paid for service visit over the phone. $250
#1 service. Generator is working properly. Fence surrounding generator has been removed. Told customer on of the poles will also need to be removed. Customer agreed.
Warranty repair. Wiring harness issue. Repaired and tested. Generator is now working properly. Faulty part 100000311142. .5 hrs.
#1 service. Generator is working properly. Planking is fire resistant and front access to the generator is held on by a few screws.
Replace transfer mechanism, SACM Board, and wiring harness. House was pressure washed today. Water intrusion was the cause of failure. 7/25/23: Returned to make repairs. Once repairs were made I simulated an outage to ensure proper operation on the generator. No further issues.

Generator was running with utility present. Upon arrival and inspection of ats, there was evidence of water intrusion leading to the damages inside the ats. Home was pressure washed earlier in the day and was the likely cause of failure. Estimate has been made to correct damages. Customer is a retired and disabled veteran. Will need to return ASAP to make repairs. See attached pictures.
