Jim came out and addressed all of our concerns with our rat problems. Installed nice covers over the vent holes going to our crawl space and secured vents on top of the house as well as any issues on the sides of house. Jim and his team are very nice and knowledgeable. Shows up when he says he will and gets the job done professionally fast!
