Seems to be knowledgeable but did not feel like I got my monies worth

I am glad you saw the value in our knowledge but disappointed in seeing the 2 star rating. On the phone it was clearly communicated what service you would receive for the price. There were 2 associates there working at the same time and our system tracks the time we spend at each home. Although we were only there for 26 minutes, I (the owner) was answering all your questions and looking for snakes while the technician was actively looking for snakes and spraying the deterrent giving you a total of 52 minutes of valuable experience and expertise. My goal is to be true to my word, treat each customer with respect and help them with their specific wildlife needs. Thank you for trusting us with your home.
