When I first met Branch Morely, I was planning to write the nastiest possible review for ABA Appliance. They'd sent me an incompetent technician, who misdiagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, then ordered the wrong parts, kept sending back those parts, & re-ordering new parts, & repeating the process for more than a month! Finally, I figured out what the problem was. Their technician had no idea what the model of my dishwasher was. So I called them, & read the model number off the side wall of the appliance. Finally, they ordered the right replacement parts. A week later, Branch arrived. He was fantastically knowledgeable, professional, courteous, & informative. The earlier ABA technician had misdiagnosed the problem completely. Branch would send back the part (again!) & order what I really needed. Branch is meticulous & careful in diagnosis. He's vastly knowledgeable about dishwashers, & checks every possible contingency. Long story short, finally, the parts he ordered arrived, he installed them, & I had a perfectly functioning dishwasher---highly efficient, took out even tea & coffee stains from white cups. Today, I called ABA again, because the dishwasher was leaking. Thought it was the shredded gasket seal on the door. Had the good sense to ask for Branch. He came, did a number of tests, & figured out it was another problem, not the gasket (though we ordered a new gasket anyway). Branch Morely is the reason why I decided to give ABA another chance, & the reason why I'll call ABA again whenever I need an appliance repaired. He's honest, frank with you, explains the workings of your appliance in great detail without condescension, & is unfailingly courtesy, professional, fast, & efficient. If ABA is smart, they'll give him a raise, merit bonuses, & keep him forever. That would be how to retain your customers.
