I thought my oven temp was off, and I had gotten pumpkin sauce into the inside of my oven door. The oven temp was fine, and he took the door apart and cleaned the inside of the glass. Saved us from buying a $2800 new oven. YAY!!

We've had Glenn work on several appliances over the years and he's always been fair and honest, and he won't recommend a repair that's not worth the money. In this case, a $400+ diswasher repair for a machine he felt was likely to fail again in a year or two, he reommended against repair and we bought a new one for another couple hundred.
