CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected power supply at the wall for 120V, voltage at supply line normal at time of inspection. Inspected control board for visible signs of shorts, no signs of shorts a the control board. Inspected microwave 20 amp safety fuse for shorts. Microwave fuse shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced microwave fuse and tested, operation now normal.

Tested voltage from terminal block to control, voltage good. Tested voltage from control to ignitor, voltage good. Found oven ignitor has electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced ignitor and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal
CONCERN: Customer reports Gas range middle burner takes longer to ignite CAUSE: Found clogged crown burner CORRECTION: cleaned all burners and retest operating normal.

Dishwasher drain pump failed, causing dishwasher to continue filling during the normal cycles or any other cycles and eventually overfill cabin causing it to leak through the door and on to the floor. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
