Great service

The service technicians are excellent extremely friendly and efficient. The problem is my Samsung washer it’s been a nightmare but the technicians have continued to come back and are trying to resolve the issue.

CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected power supply at the wall for 120V, voltage at supply line normal at time of inspection. Inspected control board for visible signs of shorts, no signs of shorts a the control board. Inspected microwave 20 amp safety fuse for shorts. Microwave fuse shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced microwave fuse and tested, operation now normal.

DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected for proper output voltage from wall outlet to dishwasher, output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper input voltage from junction box to control board, voltage input to control board normal at time of inspection. Inspected output voltage from dishwasher control board to dishwasher pump and motor assembly, output voltage to pump and motor assembly normal at the time of inspection. Found dishwasher pump and motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher pump and motor assembly and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested the dishwasher for proper voltage to the dishwasher terminal junction box. Voltage to junction box is normal. Tested voltage from the junction box to the main control board, voltage test normal. Tested voltage from the dishwasher main control boar

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold on refrigerator side. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected compressor operation, evaporator fan and condenser fan operation, all normal. Found frost build up on evaporator coils. Tested defrost heater for continuity, Found defrost heater and limiter shorted. CORRECTION: Replaced defrost heater and limiter. Tested operation, all normal upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CORRECTION: Clean condenser coils and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports freezer not cooling CAUSE: Found bad compressor relay. Tested compressor windings, found good. CORRECTION: installed hard start kit and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not heating DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested for proper voltage from wall outlet to terminal block Voltage good. Tested voltage from terminal block to control, voltage good. Tested voltage from control to ignitor, voltage good. Found oven ignitor has electrical short. CORRECTION: Replaced ignitor and tested, operation now normal.

CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal

Inspected for voltage input at the compressor, compressor voltage input normal at the time of inspection. NOTE: Compressor was running and cooling unit down. Inspected voltage input at the condenser fan motor, input voltage was normal at the time of inspection. Found condenser fan motor Locked up and not running. CORRECTION: Replaced condenser fan motor and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator seems to run all the time. CAUSE: Found condenser coils clogged with debris. CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for proper voltage to dishwasher, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to main control input, dishwasher main control input voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected main control output voltage to the dishwasher drain pump, main control output voltage, normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to drain pump and found proper operating voltage to Dishwasher drain pump, dishwasher drain pump impeller still not working. Dishwasher drain pump failed, causing dishwasher to continue filling during the normal cycles or any other cycles and eventually overfill cabin causing it to leak through the door and on to the floor. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
