Fantastic Service

Steve came out quickly and diagnosed the problem with our fridge. He found the part that we needed and gave us a quote and then came back to tell us he’d found it cheaper and would pass on the savings to us. He came back the next day to fix it and everything is working awesome! He was friendly and affordable and even fixed a few things that he noticed were amiss and didn’t charge us extra. Awesome experience!

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator section is not getting cold but freezer is still working properly. CAUSE: Found back panel and evaporator coils covered in frost. Tested the refrigerator defrost bi-metal thermostat for continuity, refrigerator defrost bi-metal continuity failed test. Refrigerator defrost bi-metal has electrical short. CORRECTION: Defrosted refrigerator evaporator coils and replaced defrost bi-metal thermostat. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating CAUSE: Found dryer high limit thermostat open circuit CORRECTION: reset high limit thermostat . Unit is heating fine. CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal

CONCERN Customer reports refrigerator was leaking aware CAUSE: Found water filter behind fridge was leaking water, disconnected water line CORRECTION: Re-connected to original water supply source and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
