Cristina is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Verify that the system. In our case, the repair was not worth it on an 8-year-old washing machine, as the Transmission was out. I do not recommend many companies for service, especially in the appliance repair business. But Cristina was AMAZING, AND BOOKING THE CALL WAS JUST AS EASY, SPOKE WITH A LIVE PERSON AND SHE WAS FRIENDLY AS WELL 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service we received. Cristina arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our microwave and provided a recommendation on repair. Once the part came in Cristina came to the house and repaired the microwave. She is very professional, knowledgable and friendly - we highly recommend!
