I called Appliance Works due to an issue which I caused myself. My bottom freezer section of my refrigerator.needed a deep cleaning. I was able to take baskets etc. out. When putting it back together, parts started flying along with a cosmetic issue. I did not help matters by taking out the drawer arm screws! I tried but could not reassemble by myself. I had enough ice chests for my frozen food to survive. I then looked for ratings for appliance repair relatively near to me. Appliance Works got to me within a few hours and had me back in service within 45 minutes. Doing business with honest, qualified family owned businesses is the way to go. I definitely saved their number. Sam was almost too good to me!
Have used this company twice recently to fix my washer and refrigerator. Have been very satisfied with their service, response time and cost. Chris, the service man who came to my house both times, was professional and courteous.
I am very pleased with Appliance Works and recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, customer oriented, reasonably priced and professional appliance repair company. Initially my appointment was scheduled for the next day; however, Penney called me back with an opening the same day. Tyan arrived on time, listened to my description of the problem, knew exactly what to check and determined what likely caused the problem. I agreed with his recommendation to save the expense of a part replacement not needed at this time. The $65.00 service call charge was very reasonable.
thanks for your help and info.
Knowledgeable service tech, quick diagnosis, obtained and installed the needed part. No pressure to do extras - only hat was needed. Thanks
I called Appliance Works to fix our non-working refrigerator. We are snow birds and arrived in AZ to find no cold in the refrigerator or freezer. Sam, our repairman determined that the compressor was gone and since it was made in Korea all parts would have to be ordered from there. The wait was 2-3 weeks for the parts. The total cost of parts and repair would have been nearly enough to buy a new refrigerator and that is what we opted to do. We are very appreciative of Sam’s honesty and will definitely call Appliance Works in the future for any problems.
Great job by Chris. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend Appliance Works to anyone in need of your services. Thank Chris his service.
Came within two hours of calling. The girl that answered the phone was very kind and helpful. Chris came and did the job and was professional.
