We were able to get a technician out within 4 or 5 days (we didn't have an emergency) over the Thanksgiving holiday, which was awesome. Edwin called when he was on his way, within our "window" of time. We had a quick & easy fix, and he explained everything that he was doing. Edwin was very nice, informative, and we even had a quick chat about dogs!!!! I am very happy with all facets of the dishwasher repair! I requested service on my washer that was unbalanced and not spinning. The technician, Javon, was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner and gave a very informative description of the issue. Unfortunately the damage on the machine was pretty extensive so I was advised that it was more cost effective to invest in a new one. I appreciated that the tech was honest and suggested the best course of action in this scenario. I would utilize this company in the future.
