Riley stopped out to diagnose our cooktop. He was very quick in identifying the problem and provided a reasonable repair estimate, including a 1-year warranty on the part and work. Within 1 business day Appliance Works had the correct, original manufacturer's replacement part, and Riley had the part installed quickly. Riley was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
