Javon did a terrific job repairing our dishwasher, then returning when the part was defective. Because it also turned out that there was a larger problem that was not easily repairable, he talked us through options and advocated for a cost adjustment (which was approved) with the company. He is always very professional, friendly, explains the situation, and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer's situation is addressed well.
