This is the second time that your company has come to look at my washing machine. Both times the issue was fixed quickly. There were small pebbles (don't know how that got into the machine) that caused it to flood. Javon vacuumed an additional one out & voila, we are all set. My first load just came out of the dryer.

I would definitely use Appliance Works again. Riley was awesome. Very friendly and professional. They give veterans discounts which was appreciated. Wish I had used them when my refrigerator needed work done recently. Appliance Works is my go to appliance repair company. Office staff Lydia was very helpful too.

Javon was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a good communicator. Sending him with a broken part wasn’t his fault and seemingly preventable. That was my only frustration. I’d still hire them again.
