I requested service on my washer that was unbalanced and not spinning. The technician, Javon, was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner and gave a very informative description of the issue. Unfortunately the damage on the machine was pretty extensive so I was advised that it was more cost effective to invest in a new one. I appreciated that the tech was honest and suggested the best course of action in this scenario. I would utilize this company in the future.

He methodically went through a diagnosis of the issue and showed me a video of the problem inside the machine. He emailed me a complete quote for the repair including time for parts ordering for the repair while on the service call.
